Every week our group offers a range of different fun activities, everyone attending our group is encouraged to take part in the different things on offer.

Special Group Activities for
2022 was a trip to Gressinghall Rural Life Museum
Our group outings this year was to this beautiful and extremely rural life museum and farm. It was wonderful to be taken back in time to see how the farms used to work and operate, to walk around farm cottages and to experience life in the workhouse, reading the many names in the workhouse register of men, women and children from around the county and also further afield.
There is a fantastic cafe and gift shop available for people to refresh an buy lunch and even mobility scooters for some of our less able bodied volunteers and group to borrow, to visit the farm and Suffolk Punch Horses.
